The report provides exterior and interior photos including the engine of the vehicle, allowing you to see the vehicle's current condition. The report identifies any obvious characteristics that could influence your purchase decision.

 What you are ordering 
  • Exterior & Interior photos showing condition of the vehicle. Up to 20 photos.
  • VIN verification and odometer/damage verification
  • Photos of tires showing tread depth
  • All reports are subject to extensive quality assurance processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.

 The Inspection Process 
  1. Enter the order information required in the order form below.
  2. When all your order(s) are in the cart, checkout and make payment.
  3. Order confirmation & Tracking codes are sent to the email address (provided in the checkout).
  4. You will receive email notifications with a PDF of the completed inspection attached.
  5. If the order is unable to be completed, you will be notified promptly by email and a refund will be processed within 5 business days.

 Please Note  We require accurate information to ensure timely fulfillment:
  • Make sure the property address provided is correct
  • If the vehicle is located in a gated community, the inspector would need to be able to gain access.
  • Contact information for access to property is provided at the time of order.

 Inspection Does NOT include:

  • Mechanical inspection or diagnostic/system checks
  • Frame and body inspection
  • Undercarriage inspection or photos
  • Inspectors do not perform vehicle test drives. 
  • No guarantee that any or all rust will be identified
